The Forecourt

Lyndene is an Edwardian property of character, divided into a total of 11 self catering letting units. We offer,5 studio apartments (designed to accommodate 2 to 3 persons), and 6 suite apartments (designed for 4 persons).

Four of the studio apartments are self contained, and are fitted with en suite shower room facilities (W.C. hand basin and shower), the remaining unit has a private bathroom (not en suite W.C. hand basin and bath).

All of our family units are fully self contained.

Central heating is available in all units in cold weather, and accordingly we are a very popular venue throughout the whole year including winter. we operate a strict NO SMOKING policy. 

Patio furniture is supplied on our forecourt and a large lawned area located at the rear, both are ideal for relaxing on a warm day. A barbecue area is available for outdoor cooking enhancing warm evenings outdoors (bring your own charcoal and food). 

Bed linen (fresh sheets and pillow cases) are supplied inclusive with all accommodation.

We welcome disabled visitors and are pleased to confirm that there are no steps into any of our ground floor units. Access to all ground floor units is via ramps thus the property is reasonably wheel-chair friendly. We regret that due to fire regulations, we are unable to allow mobility scooters inside the building, (motorised wheel-chairs excepted) , but do have an external mobility scooter parking and charging area.

While due to the nature of the property, we have no specific disabled units, disabled visitors are more than welcome to preview our accommodation or contact us for more information prior to reservation. Due to fire door regulations help will be required with wheel chair users.
